Excellent customer service and quality stone. I got mine made in Gold and the finish & quality is brilliant. They went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my ring in a short notice after my initial consultation. I didn't have enough time to go the store before flying back home and Mr. Rao was very kind by communicating via whatsapp, sending pictures of the stones and arranging the whole thing. He sent someone out to our home to have my ring measured and check the stone in person. Within 3 days of that, I had my ring door delivered to me. The whole transaction was very professional 👏 👌🏼 I will highly recommend this store for your gem needs.
